The driver meets you outside the station, or at your hotel or home in Nashik. Tell us your train and the pickup is set to it. Luggage goes in the boot and stays there. The drive to Trimbak is about 35 km, a little over an hour.
Darshan at the Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga, at the foot of Brahmagiri hill. The linga here has three faces, for Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. The queue decides how long it takes; keep about two hours.
A short walk from the temple to Kushavarta Kund, the tank where the Godavari is said to rise. Many Yatris take a dip here before or after darshan.
Tea or breakfast at Trimbak, then about 30 km back to Nashik city, close to an hour.

Yes. Give us your train number or arrival time and the whole plan moves with it. An early start is better for the Trimbakeshwar queue, so a morning arrival suits this trip best.
About seven hours, of which a little over two are driving. A seven o'clock pickup ends at about two in the afternoon. On Mondays, weekends and in the Shravan month the Trimbakeshwar queue can add an hour or two.
On an ordinary weekday, yes: a morning pickup has you back at the station by early afternoon. On crowded days keep at least three hours between the planned drop and your train.
In the car. The same vehicle and driver stay with you from pickup to drop, so bags can be left in the boot while you take darshan.
Yes to both. Without Panchavati the trip is about five hours. If your train arrives in the afternoon, Panchavati can come first and Trimbakeshwar after it.
