Common questions
Is the package price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle — a Sedan at ₹4,500 covers up to 4 guests total, not ₹4,500 each. Pick the vehicle size that fits your group. Shared bus packages (where offered) are the exception; those are priced per person.
What’s included in a TripSaffron package?
AC vehicle for the full day, driver, fuel, all tolls, parking, and bottled water. Meals, darshan tickets, camera charges at temples, and personal expenses are not included so you can pace the day your way.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Yes. Every driver has the itinerary but you decide the pace on the day — skip a stop, spend longer at another, add a lunch break. Keep the total return time in mind so the driver stays inside the trip envelope.
How do I book — do I pay online first?
No advance payment. Tap Call on any package, we confirm the vehicle + driver + pickup time on the phone, and you pay directly to the driver on the day. No online prepayment, no hidden platform fee.
Are drivers verified and English-speaking?
Every driver is verified — commercial license, background check, and vehicle inspection. Most speak Hindi and Marathi comfortably; conversational English varies. If English is a hard requirement, mention it when booking and we assign accordingly.
What if my plans change?
Call us and we’ll rebook or reschedule at no charge as long as it’s at least 24 hours before pickup. Same-day cancellations may incur the driver’s reach-out fare.
Which cities does TripSaffron serve for taxi transfers?
TripSaffron is live in these temple cities today: Shirdi, Pandharpur and Nashik. Every city supports fixed-fare pickup + drop to airports, railway stations and nearby towns, plus multi-temple full-day packages. New cities join the list as we onboard operators.
Which vehicles are available on TripSaffron?
Our network includes Sedan 4+1 (4+1 seats), Ertiga 6+1 (6+1 seats), Innova 7+1 (7+1 seats), Tempo Traveller 12+1 (12+1 seats) and 20 Seater Tempo Traveller (20+1 seats) — all AC. Sedan seats a family of four; Ertiga fits six with medium luggage; Innova / larger vehicles suit groups with senior members and full baggage. Prices are per-vehicle, not per-person.
