We share your information only as necessary to operate the Platform:

• Property owners: When you make a booking, we share your name, phone number, and ID proof type with the property owner to facilitate your stay.
• Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and cloud services. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication via Firebase, and restricted access to personal information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Under applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data (available directly in your Profile settings).
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.

We use browser local storage to remember your language preference and authentication session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.

TripSaffron is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
