Terms of Service

By accessing or using TripSaffron ("Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service to discover and book pilgrim accommodations near temples across India.

TripSaffron is a platform that connects pilgrims with verified dharamshalas, bhakt niwas, and budget lodges near temples. We list properties on behalf of accommodation owners and facilitate booking requests between guests and property owners.

TripSaffron is a discovery and booking platform. We do not own, manage, or operate any of the listed properties. All accommodation is independently owned and operated.

Confirmation: A booking request is sent to the property owner. Your booking is only confirmed once the owner accepts it within the specified timeframe (typically 1 hour).

Payment: All payments are made directly to the property owner at the time of check-in via UPI or cash. TripSaffron does not collect advance payments on behalf of owners.

Cancellation: If a booking is not confirmed within the allotted time, it is automatically cancelled and no charges apply. For confirmed bookings, cancellation policies are set by individual properties.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information including a valid ID proof type at the time of booking.
• Arrive at the property at the agreed check-in time and behave respectfully.
• Not make fraudulent booking requests or abuse the platform.
• Comply with the individual property rules, check-in/check-out timings, and local laws.

TripSaffron makes reasonable efforts to verify the properties listed on the Platform. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all listing information. Property details including photos, amenities, and pricing are provided by owners and may change.

TripSaffron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to disputes with property owners, quality of accommodation, or cancellations.

Our maximum liability in any matter arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific booking in question.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
