The 4-day Shirdi 3 Jyotirlinga taxi package covers the car, the driver and every road cost from your Shirdi hotel and back — Grishneshwar, Trimbakeshwar and Bhimashankar, plus Shani Shingnapur, Ellora and Panchavati on the way. What it does not cover is your three nights of stay, meals, entry tickets and darshan passes.
Below is what sits on each side of that line, then the five things to book first, in order.
The core of the package is simple: one AC vehicle and one driver for all four days, starting and ending at your hotel in Shirdi. The same driver stays from the 06:00 pickup on Day 1 to the midday drop on Day 4.
Everything the car itself costs on the road is built in:
Hotel pickup and drop in Shirdi, on Day 1 and Day 4.
All listed sightseeing — Shani Shingnapur, Grishneshwar, Ellora, Panchavati, Trimbakeshwar and Kushavarta Kund, Bhimashankar.
Tolls and parking at every temple and town on the route.
Driver allowance for all four days.
Driver night-halt charges at Verul, Trimbak and Bhimashankar — you do not arrange or pay for his room.
Waiting at every stop, however long the darshan queue runs.
That last line matters: Trimbakeshwar queues can pass two hours on a weekend, and no meter runs while you wait.
The package is taxi-only. These stay in your hands:
Stay for all three nights — Verul or Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Trimbakeshwar, Bhimashankar.
Meals along the way.
GST on the fare.
Entry tickets — the main one is Ellora Caves.
Special or VIP darshan passes, and any pooja charges at the temples.
Guides or porters — useful at Bhimashankar's long steps.
Personal expenses and insurance.
Extra kilometres beyond the agreed limit.
Anything you want added to the route — Ajanta, Daulatabad, Saptashrungi, Shivneri, or a drop at Nashik Road — is arranged before booking, not on the road.

Work through these before you confirm the taxi — each step depends on the one before.
1. Register for Bhimashankar darshan. Registration is online through the temple trust site. The temple reopened in mid-2026 after renovation, and darshan hours have shifted since — at times a short morning window applied, while standard hours run roughly from early morning to late evening.
Confirm the slot and the current hours on the day you register. The package plans a 14:30 Bhimashankar darshan on Day 3, so if your slot falls elsewhere, tell us and the day is rebuilt around it. Our Bhimashankar darshan timings guide tracks the changes.
2. Book the Bhimashankar night, then Trimbak, then Verul. Bhimashankar has the fewest and most basic rooms on the whole route, and weekends and Shravan fill them first. Book that night the moment your dates are fixed — our guide to where to stay at Bhimashankar for early darshan compares the options.
Trimbakeshwar comes next, because staying in town is what makes the 06:00 first-light darshan on Day 3 possible. Verul or Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar has the widest choice, so it goes last.
3. Check the Ellora day and ticket. Ellora is closed on Tuesdays, and Day 1 includes a 2.5-hour visit centred on the Kailasa temple. The Indian ticket is ₹40, with under-15s free, and the caves are open roughly from 6 AM to 6 PM.
If Day 1 lands on a Tuesday, the afternoon switches to Daulatabad Fort or Bhadra Maruti instead. Our Ellora Caves from Shirdi guide covers the visit.
4. Decide on a Trimbakeshwar VIP pass. Trimbakeshwar is the busiest of the three. Weekday waits run about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, and weekends, Mondays and Shravan can reach 2–4 hours. A paid VIP pass is available through trimbakeshwartrust.com; it is optional and not part of the package.
5. Settle your add-ons before booking. Ajanta adds a full day and night and is closed on Mondays. Daulatabad Fort adds about a 2-hour climb on Day 2. Saptashrungi at Vani adds around 2.5 hours on Day 2 before Panchavati, with a ropeway or 470 steps.
Each changes the driving hours and kilometre limit, so fix them before booking.
The same package works differently depending on who is travelling:
With elders: the 4-day plan is the right one. Grishneshwar is a level walk with no steps, but Bhimashankar has a long flight of steps down and back up — consider a porter.
On a tight schedule: a 3-day version merges Days 3 and 4, but the last day then carries about 8.5 hours of driving and you reach Shirdi around 9 PM.
With children: Ellora is free for under-15s, and Day 2 to Nashik is the easiest drive of the trip.
Avoid Shravan Mondays and Mahashivratri, which falls on 6 March 2027, and do not start on a Tuesday. Shravan 2027 in Maharashtra runs roughly 3–31 August, overlapping the widely reported Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Kumbh bathing dates, so expect heavy crowds at Trimbak and Ramkund then.

The route fixes your three overnight towns:
Night 1 — Verul or Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Verul is closest to Ellora; the city has the most hotels.
Night 2 — Trimbakeshwar. Stay within walking distance of the temple so you can join the queue at first light.
Night 3 — Bhimashankar. Basic rooms near the temple, booked first. It allows an optional dawn darshan on Day 4.
Sort the Bhimashankar slot and room first, and the rest of this trip falls into place around them. Om Sai Ram · Har Har Mahadev.
